1: How can I upgrade to a larger Secure HIPAA - GDPR Server? Are there any fees or charges with upgrading?
You can upgrade your cloud HIPAA - GDPR Secure Server at any time with no additional fees associated with upgrading. You can do this yourself by powering off your HIPAA - GDPR server in the control panel and choosing “resize” bring up a list of available sizes for you to select.
2: I need separate accounts for business and personal use. What do I need to do?

3: Why do you email root passwords?
We email the root password because it’s the fastest and simplest way to get a user online and logged into the cloud HIPAA - GDPR server. Once you’re logged in to root for the first time, change your password. It's required. We strongly recommend using a strong password for your secure HIPAA - GDPR Cloud server. Here are a few guidelines:
- Create a password with eight characters or more. Longer the password, the better.
- Use random words or strings.
- Add numbers to your password.
- Mix lowercase and an uppercase letter
- Use s different passwords for each server
