Medics Present Virtual Concert to Benefit New York City

This evening, surgeons from NYU Langone Hospital in Long Island, medics from Mount Sinai and others are hanging up their scrubs and picking up their sheet music to present a virtual concert to benefit three New York City charities.

These healthcare professionals are putting on display their musical talents to raise funds for The Child Center of NY, Food Bank For New York City and V!brant Emotional Health in an effort to combat food insecurity, provide mental health access and benefit children’s health.

Healthcare Rocks! Virtual Benefits concert will feature physician Collin Brathwaite, as seen on Good Morning America for his rendition of “Rise Up” during the height of the pandemic, and med students who worked on the COVID-19 front lines these past few months.

Tickets are available through eventbrite and cost between $15 and $500. Higher priced tickets come with perks, such as gift boxes and private concerts.
